Delicious Chicken salad for lunch

Hi everyone, hope you all had a wonderful weekend. During the weekend, I made one nice recipe, and it is so delicious. I would like to share with you all.

Serve 3 person

Chicken salad recipe

200g chicken fillet, cut into 1cm wide and 4cm long
3 tsp strong Tamari soy sauce
marinate the chicken in the sou sauce for 20 minutes to prepare

125 e mixed salad (1 bag)
60 e Rucola salad (half bag)
1 avocado
20 fresh mushrooms
1 red paprika
1 clove garlic, fine chopped
1 cup onion, sliced
1 cup fresh basil leaf
3 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Tamari soy sauce
3 fresh tomato (optional)
1 cup dried tomato sliced (optional)

Salad dressing:
2 tsp honey
4 tsp Balsamico vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
3 tsp olive oil
3 tsp salt
mix the dressing well before topped the salad

1. Heat the grill pan with medium to high fire, pour 3 tsp vegetable oil in the pan. Spread evenly. Stir the garlic in the pan and add the onions. Add the chicken and paprika to the pan and cook till chicken has a nice color from outside and tender inside. Keep the fire low to medium when you cooked the chicken. When the chicken is cooked, take the chicken out of the pan, put aside.

2. Heat oil in the pan, add mushroom and green beans in the pan, stir well till the color changes. Cook it for 8 minutes, take out of the pan, put aside.

3. Open the salad bags, mixed all salad in a big salad bowl. Add cooked chicken, paprika, mushrooms, green beans and add fresh avocado, basil leaf in the bowl now. Mixed very well.

4. Topped the salad with the dressing, mix well before serve. Ready to server on the plate.
